You can already register and submit your meter reading as soon as you can. You can request to be sent a reminder email.
When registering online you can request to be sent a reminder email. Then you can submit your meter reading as soon as you can. We use the initial meter reading to calculate your water use.
Tip: Make a photo of the meter reading on the day that you receive your key. Use this photo for your initial meter reading.
