I have submitted an objection. What happens next?

You will receive a ruling regarding your objection within 6 weeks after we have received your objection. You will receive this through the post.

You do not have to pay the assessment until you have received the ruling.

You can view the progress of your objection in My Waternet under the Assessments tab..
