No. You can only apply for remission of the water system charge for residents (watersysteemheffing ingezetenen) and the water treatment charge / pollution charge (zuiveringsheffing / verontreinigingsheffing).
You can not apply for remission for the water system charge for buildings, land without buildings or a nature area.
If you apply for a remission from your municipality, you will sometimes still receive a reminder from us. This is because your request is still pending.
No, when you apply for a remission from Waternet, you can give us permission to use your details again in the future. We will then request your details each year from other government agencies, such as the Tax and Customs Administration. We will use this information to automatically determine if you qualify for a remission.
