Request tap water payment plan

Are you unable to pay your tap water bills? Then you can request a payment plan using this form.

The payment plan would work as follows:

You will pay your bill(s) via direct debit. Even if you are currently paying every bill manually.
We will withdraw a monthly amount from your bank account.
You will pay a minimum of 30 euros per month.
The payment plan will be set up for a maximum period of 10 months.
