Change your bank account number
You can change your bank account number via My Waternet. Are you our customer for tap water and do you also receive your water authority tax assesments from Waternet? Then you should change your bank account number twice
For Tap Water
Please go to My Waternet and log in for tap water. Then change your bank account number under payment preferences.
For tap water, you will need your email address and password. If you cannot login, you can request a new password. Problems logging in? Call our customer service via 0900 9394.
For taxes
Please go to My Waternet and log in for taxes with your DigiD. Then change your bank account number under payment preferences.
