Updating your email address

Are you a tap water customer and do you receive your water authority tax assessment directly from us? If so, we kindly ask you to update your email address twice.

New email address for tap water

• Go to My Waternet and choose Login for Tap Water.
• For your tap water, log in with your (old) email address and password. Did you forget your password? Then please request a new password first.
• Go to ‘Login details’ and click on ‘Change’
• You can now change your email address. Do not forget to click on 'Save changes'.

• Go to My Waternet and choose Login for Taxes.
• For the water authority tax, log in with your DigiD.
• Go to ‘Contact details’ and click on ‘Change’
• You can now change your email address. Do not forget to click on 'Save changes'.
