Why is the single occupancy discount for tap water no longer being granted?
The costs for maintaining the water mains and supplying tap water to your address are the same for everyone. Therefore, everyone should pay the same price. We will no longer make an exception for people who live alone.
Did you live alone for the entire year in 2017? Then you will still receive a single occupancy discount in 2018. However, you will no longer receive a discount in 2019.
