Why is my tap water no longer included in my rent or my service and utility charges?
Since October 2016, residents of Amsterdam pay their tap water bills directly to Waternet.
Prior to April 1st 2017, the charges for tap water might have been included in your rent or your service and utility charges. Now, residents of Amsterdam can see exacltly how much my water they use and pay their bill directly at the source.
