We have noticed that paying via iDeal in My Waternet is not always possible. We are working on a solution.

How can I create an account?

All new Waternet customers automatically receive an account for their tap water. Do you not (yet) have an account? Then you can create an account online.

An account will enable you to log in to My Waternet for tap water. Here, you can view and pay for your tap water bills. You can also change your personal details. You do not need an account for your water authority taxes. Instead, you will need a DigiD to log in.

Do you not (yet) have an account for your tap water?

This can be because of 3 reasons:
1. You have not yet registered for tap water. Register for tap water here. In doing so, we will automatically set up an account for you.
2. Is your contract registered in your partner's or roommate's name? Then you will not be able to create an account. Your partner or roommate will be able to do so. It is also possible to transfer the tap water account to your name. In doing so, we will automatically set up an account for you.
3. Are you a business customer? Then you do not get an online account. However, you can still manage your tap water matters online via waternet.nl/zakelijk (in Dutch only).

Have you registered for tap water? And is your contract in your name? Then you can create an account online.

Do you already have an account, but you can not log in?

We understand this can be inconvenient. Maybe you have forgotten your password. Or are you getting an error instead? Please take a look at our possible solutions.
