After we send you the request to submit your yearly meter reading, you have 4 weeks to do so. Are you unable to submit the meter reading in time? That is not a problem. Then we will estimate your water use based on your usage history. We will use this estimation for your annual tap water statement. After that, we will base your new instalment amount based on the estimation.
