I lost my meter reading notification number. What to do?
You can submit your meter reading via our customer service.
You need a reading notification number (in Dutch: opnamenummer) to submit your yearly meter reading online. You can find this number in your meter reading request email or letter.
Have you lost your reading notification number? Then you can submit your meter reading via our customer service. Call us on 0900 93 93 (normal rates apply). You can each us on working days between 08.00 and 17.00.
