Are you moving home? Please submit the final meter reading of your old address. Did you already inform us that you are moving home? Please do submit your final meter reading nonetheless. This will allow us to create your final bill.
You can submit the final meter reading of your old address when you cancel your drinking water in My Waternet.
Are you planning to move home in the future? And do you therefore not yet know your final meter reading? Then you can choose to submit your final meter reading later. In that case you will receive an email on the day you will be moving home. Through the link in this email you can submit your final meter reading. Please remember to note the meter reading on the day that you hand in your keys.

Did you already notify us that you are leaving your old address, but did you not receive any email to submit the final meter reading? No problem. Please submit your final reading via our customer service team.
