If you are unable to log in
Are you still unable to log in? We understand that this is annoying. Take a look at what you can do to fix this.
I forgot my password
Did you forget your password? Then please request a new one. You will then be sent an email with a link so you can choose a new password. You can then log in again immediately.
My account has been blocked for 1 hour
If you enter a wrong password 3 times, your account will be blocked for 1 hour. Request a new password now. Please note! Is your account blocked? Even if you request a new password, your account will stay blocked. You can log in with your new password only after one hour.
I cannot log in with my email address
Maybe you are trying to log in with the wrong email address? For example, because you created your account with an old email address. Please let our customer service team know your new email address.
Have you got a new email address and cannot log in to My Waternet for tap water for that reason?

Tip: do you receive your tap water bill via email? Then try logging in with the email address you receive your bill on.

Are you getting an error message? Then this means there is a technical problem with the website. This usually does not take too long so please try again in a few minutes. Is it still not working? Then please contact our customer service team.
