You can pay for your tap water through direct debit in two ways.

• Log in with your email address and password to pay per month.
• If you want to pay per quarter (every 3 months) you will need to contact our customer service.

Every year we will send you an assessment for water authority tax. You can pay this assessment using direct debit. You can chose how often you pay: between 1 and 8 equal instalments.

• Note: did you receive an assessment and would you like to pay in instalments? Choose for direct debit within 4 weeks after the date of the assessment. If you wait too long, your changes will only take effect with next year's assessment.
